Questions to consider:
What do you want to do for your passion project? What will this look like? How long will this take to achieve?

Why do you want to do this for your project? What are you looking to achieve? How will you know if you've been successful?
For my passion project I would like to get involved with endangered animals/species. When I first came I didn't know what I was going to do, or what I wanted to do. In fact, when it comes to questions and situations like these I can't think well, or give a well thoughted out answer. But this past month, I've been to the zoo, circus, and places were they held places where you can pet animals. When I went to these places I've noticed that there were a lot of endangered species that were kept there. I've asked questions, and from what the staff, or guides told me, these animals are occasionally hunted, killed, and such. That's why they get them, so the people can see them before they become extinct. Looking at this, I want to make a difference and help save these animals. Rescuing these species, will not only help the wildlife, but help people as well. We as humans, don't understand that, if this keeps continuing, it can effect us as well, and not in a good way.
What I would like to do first is to get all my research first to support my stance. I would also need to have all the facts, and the lists of these endangered species. The research wouldn't take long I hope, and after I hope to inform people from my school about this. Of coarse I wouldn't want to start big, and get everyone to save ALL the animals that are at risk, first I have to start small, and focus at one specific creature. Then we could work our way up continously saving species. Later on, after I do my research, I would like to get people to sign petitions that would tell the U.S Wildlife Services or the government to take action in these circumstances. Even though we won't have time in class to do this all the time, this is a project I am very passionate about, and I am willing to put extra time into it to achieve my goal.
