40 Book Challenge Reflection

This year I've read 27 books overall based on the 40 books challenge. Although, I didn't meet the requirements I'm actually pretty happy and surprised I read these many books. Last year, I've probab;y only read about 6 books overall, and most of them were books that I had to read. This year, I've really improved, and actually grew fond of reading. Through this challenge, I've learned new morals, inspiring quotes, and things to live by even though they're from a story.

When we were first introduced to the 40 books challenge, I admit I dreaded it. To me, it felt like a lot of books, and I didn't want to it. But then, while I was on Blogger I saw the books people were reading, and they looked really interesting. Then I started reading a lot of books people were reading as well, and I actually looked forward to the challenge. In fact, I've read one particular book that is now my favorite, which is "The Fault In Our Stars". That was one of the best books I've read, and it only made me want to read more books by John Green. Which brought me closer to achieving the goal. I know I didn't get to read 40 books but I've read more books this year than I ever had the last two years. I see this as a major improvement, in which I am proud and I'm actually looking forward to reading this summer with my own challenge.

  4. I think that if you keep reading than you can finish the 40 book challenge. I like how you acted the first time you heard about the 40 book challenge. I did the same thing. Great job!
